Perform all aspects of administrative support for the organization, including, but not limited to, the following:
Maintaining order within the office by organizing both electronic and paper, technical and administrative files; managing schedules for service center leadership and staff; maintaining office reference materials; and developing and updating associate rosters
Processing and transmitting correspondence as required, including editing grammatical and formatting errors, verifying for conformance to policy, insuring corrections are made, and preparing for review and signature
Tracking, assigning, and responding to information requests
Controlling inventory (i.e. monitor content, order, store, and issue administrative supplies and equipment) and managing postal services
Maintaining office access by screening callers and visitors to the service center; developing and implementing facilities, infrastructure, and physical security
High school diploma or GED required
