The Supervisor – Associate Resources Staffing will play a vital role in supervising and coaching the staffing and onboarding team. Participates in rolling out HR programs and gathering feedback from internal customer so we can work towards our goal of continuous improvement. From the recruitment of talent, ongoing training and orientation through the onboarding process and benefits, you will support a wide array of Associate Resources and Talent Acquisition Initiatives. The incumbent will play a key role in identifying process and training needs to positively impact key onboarding metrics.

Job Duties:

  • Supervisory Responsibilities of the Onboarding Team

  • Coach and mentor the staffing team

  • Review and analyze reporting to ensure the team is meeting their goals

  • Train new associates on the hiring/onboarding process

Compliance Management

  • Ensure all hiring and onboarding practices and policies are properly followed to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

  • Conduct Weekly and Monthly new-hire audits to ensure 100% completion of new-hire paper work

Recruiter and Hiring Manager Support

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to move candidates through the hiring process

  • Responsible for processing all Store Support Center new-hires

  • Resolve hiring manager inquires quickly and professionally

  • Collect necessary paperwork from recruiters and hiring managers to ensure payroll is updated in a timely manner

Training and Orientation

  • Provide ongoing training and support to store associates

  • Support Store Support Center onboarding initiatives including training and orientation

  • Update training and education materials as required

Additional Duties

  • Support internal and external audit inquiries and provide requested document

  • Assist accounts payable with billing issues

  • Manage Associate Resources special projects as needed

  • Work with vendors and internal business partners to resolve escalated issues

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least two years of experience in Human Resources

  • Prior experience working with field HR on rolling out corporate HR initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time

  • Maintain professional appearance
